Welcome to MNK DJ Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern both your use of our website and your bookings for our DJ services in Cyprus. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. About Us

MNK DJ Services provides professional DJ entertainment for weddings, private parties, and corporate events across Cyprus. We offer tailored sound, lighting, and music experiences for every occasion.

2. Use of Our Website

• You may use our website https://www.mnkdjservices.com (“Website”) for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only.
• You must not misuse the Website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, its servers, or connected networks.
• You agree not to use this Website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

All material on this Website — including text, images, audio, videos, and logos — is owned by or licensed to MNK DJ Services and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission. Sharing our Website links is allowed if done fairly and legally.

We aim to ensure the Website information is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness or error-free content. Information may change without notice. MNK DJ Services is not liable for any reliance placed on the Website content.

6. Bookings & Payments

• To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee] is required.
• The remaining balance must be paid on the Event Date
• Bookings are confirmed once we receive your deposit and send written confirmation.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit Card or Debit Card, Quickpay, Revolut, Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Cash (by arrangement).

7. Cancellations & Refund Policy

By the Client:

• Cancellations must be made in writing (email accepted).
• More than 60 days before event: deposit retained.
• Between 60–14 days: 50% of total remaining fee due.
• Within 14 days: 100% of total remaining fee due.

By MNK DJ Services:

If we must cancel due to illness, accident, or emergency, we will notify you promptly, refund any payments, and if possible, help find a replacement DJ. Our liability is limited to refunding amounts paid.

8. Event Requirements

• A safe, covered performance area with adequate space for DJ equipment.
• Two reliable 13A power outlets near the setup area.
• Shelter from weather for outdoor events.
• Venue permission and compliance with noise regulations.

We reserve the right to delay or stop performance if conditions are unsafe.

9. Performance Time

• Standard performance: starting at the agreed time till the end.
• Delays caused by the client or venue may not entitle extended playtime.

10. Music & Requests

Playlists and music preferences are welcome in advance. Song requests during the event will be honoured where appropriate. We reserve the right to decline songs with offensive or explicit content or part of the Do-Not-Play list.

11. Equipment & Damage

Our sound and lighting equipment is maintained to a high standard. The client is responsible for any damage caused by guests or venue staff. We are not liable for venue power failures or other external issues.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, power failure, illness, or government restrictions. We will attempt to reschedule or provide a fair refund.

13. Photography & Media

We may take photos or videos at events for promotional use (e.g., social media, website). If you do not consent, please inform us in writing before your event.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

MNK DJ Services complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus Data Protection Law. We collect only necessary personal data for managing bookings and do not sell or share it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

15. Cookies

Our Website may use cookies to enhance user experience. By continuing to browse, you agree to cookie use as described in our Cookie Policy.

16. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for your booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., travel or accommodation). The Website is provided “as is” without guarantee of error-free operation.

18. Governing Law
